Well, this is my newest artwork. A slideshow about great films and great actors – indeed a timeless one. Just like my other works, this slideshow is offering something new and impressive for everyone of you. I am improving from time to time, even though I have to state that I – personally – think that I already reached a certain level of perfection. At least I do not know anyone who produces a comparable output !
Finally, this show is viewable for a wider audience… comments are highly appreciated.
Disclaimer: My slideshows are my personal work – they shall not be used by you and on your site. I never wanted to harm anybodies copyright, nor personal rights and feelings – if you feel like that is the case, please inform me immediately. I declare all the material used within these works as “fair use” of the corresponding material, with all respect to the respective owners of the source material (goes for films as well as for music). If you feel like the quality of the slideshows is rather poor, that is because of the convertion process on WordPress. However, I did not intend to offer them in the full quality. The material as it is should be enough for all my planned purposes, and for your entertainment. If you wonder about the names in the slideshows, that do not match with my nickname Ikarus – they are also former nicknames of me, I would never steal anybodies personal artwork. Feel free to comment on the slideshows that you watched, wether it is a negative or a positive feedback that you are giving. Greetings ! Ikarus/Jimbo (c) 2009

I liked your newest artwork – truth is it first got me when I saw Bill Milner in it and then started recognizing familiar movies + you had some special scenes at the very end. The visual part was really cool – the sound one was fine – may be just not my kind in a way to say it. Then at the begging I really liked your new logo type of graphic- its very stylish and moody . And I loved the dancing scenes – even if I was not able to identify their source
Howdy Skykid,
I am so glad that you liked it ! I hope that lucas will also leave a comment on this one, since I send him the link, too. Since this type of personal artwork is… how to say it… my “essence” of different moods and impressions – not only referring to the films used, but also to my personal life.
And of course, the dancing scenes are VERY nice – I like this type of perfromance, not too serious but at the same not to ridiculous – one could say both “funny” and “impressive” here. The film this is coming from is “Un Chateau En Espagne” – a kind of rare film that still seems to be available in france only. At least I do own this version – and unfortunately it does not come with any subtitles.
Still did not watch this completely, it is a shame ! But what can I do… if I am seeing films, I want to understand them. Too bad… if anyone reads this here, and knows a way how to get english subs, please inform me !
Greetings,
Ikarus
There also is a special “second version” of this slideshow that has been made by me, according to some requests of members of another art-orientated forum. Just mentioned for the statistics and the chronology of my artwork.
